A Key To Positively Influencing Others

Before I attempt to positively CHANGE them, I must first of all genuinely connect with them . CONNECTION always comes before INFLUENCE; the dictionary even confirms that!

Connection is prioritising people’s preferences; while Influence is people prioritising your principles.

You will have to FOCUS on people’s needs, desires, wants, fears, concerns, doubts, ambitions, hopes and passions, if you want them to FOLLOW your purpose and directions.
